Information you provide
When you request a LinkedIn audit, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp mobile number, LinkedIn profile URL, and the profile text you paste. We use this information to prepare and deliver your audit, respond to your request, and offer an optional strategy call.
Audit reports and communications
Your details and audit result are stored securely. We use Mailgun to deliver confirmation and report emails. We may contact you about the audit you requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Meta advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful audit requests, and to understand the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not send your name, email, mobile number, LinkedIn URL, or pasted profile text to Meta. Meta may set measurement cookies and process device, browser, and interaction information under its own privacy terms.
Your advertising choice
Where advertising consent is required, Meta measurement stays blocked unless you accept. Elsewhere, measurement is enabled unless you have previously rejected it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. A new choice applies immediately to future activity and is shared with other open tabs.
Retention and your rights
We retain lead and audit information only as long as needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to marketing contact, by emailing sowmya@dataventurex.com.
